Федеральная служба по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека сообщает, что в соответствии с пунктом 31 Положения о порядке осуществления государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора (контроля) на таможенной границе и таможенной территории Таможенного союза (Решение КомисFederal Service for Surveillance of Consumers Right Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) announced that in accordance with paragraph 31 of the Regulations on the Implementation of Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision (Control) at the customs border and customs territory of the Customs Union (Commission Decision of the Customs Union on May 28, 2010 ) the validity of previously issued (before 1 January 2011) sanitary-epidemiological conclusions and state registration certificates confirming compliance of products with the requirements of national legislation, will expire on January 1, 2012. Given the large volume of documents confirming the safety of the products issued in accordance with national safety requirements, as well as the need to avoid unnecessary barriers to business after January 1, 2012, economic agents (legal entities) need to intensify the submission of applications for renewal of these documents on the state registration certificate issued in a unified form of the Customs Union. If continuation of import of registered products is expected after January 1, 2012, before this deadline it is necessary to get a certificate of state registration in accordance with the unified form of documents of the Customs Union confirming the safety of products (goods). This requirement applies to products included in Chapter II, of "The Unified list of goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision (control) at the customs border and customs territory of the Customs Union." Issuing of the Certificates of state registration in accordance with the unified form of documents confirming the safety of products (goods) is carried out by Rospotrebnadzor or its territorial body, which issued earlier the certificate of state registration (sanitary and epidemiological findings) earlier.
