*n ţările regiunii Mării Negre nu este aprobată diseminarea în mediul înconjurător, cu toate că începând din lună ianuarie anul 2007, toate aprobările acordate de Uniunea Europeană urmează să intre în vigoare pentru Bulgaria şi România, atât ENV, cât şi FFP
